Plus, it's within walking distance to the historic center and all the attractions - making it a perfect hub for exploring the city 🏞️.

Eco-friendly hotel in a secure area not far from restaurants and shops, lots of hills and steps and the taxi. Plenty of goodies for breakfast...

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Good bed in the standard king room, plus a mini fridge and a kitchenette. The breakfast with warm fresh bread from local postuguese bakery. Amazingly great welcoming staff, magnificent location oN An SAFE PRIVATE AREA A VERY SHORT WALK AWAY.

This place has an excellent location close to the historic center, with many restaurants, bars, fado music, and the river nearby.

Great and unbeatable location to a Portuguese public university. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a mini fridge bar in the room...

I visited Coimbra for short stay and had a FAIRLY NICE experience at this hotel. There were pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Location: the property was close to the river, the garden and excellent restaurant, pasteleria & easily walkable to historical centre. I had coffee at Pastelaria Universidade, located within 5 minutes walk.

Our double room was pretty basic but it had a mini-fridge and a small kitchen which was handy. the hotel is in a safe and private area, just a short stroll away. 🌟.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a secure, private area within a very short walk from a market and shops. the staff were all very helpful and caring.

We had a very nice stay that exceeded high expectations and would love to return. Enjoyed our 2 nights here. the double room was large and had a clean bathroom. Helpful and empathetic staff who were always there to help. the location couldn't be more particularly good and magnificent on a safe private area, a very short walk away. the hotel was within walking distance of Piazza del Duomo.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the garden. We were actually surprised to find a fridge, kettle, plates, and cutlery in the room. The staff members we encountered were friendly and always ready to assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the University complex where we enjoyed amazing views of the city. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this charming B&B.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging as there were no clear signs or visibility.

The room was super clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and TV that worked perfectly. It had everything we needed. the location was great, making it easy to walk around and check out the Sao Sebastiao Aqueduct. 🚶‍♂️.

Situated behind the University, it offers easy access to the monumental stairs and is also close to the lively student bars and parties. the staff is known for being super friendly and helpful, providing great instructions and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. the rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, sink, and cook plate. the breakfast is plentiful, with a wide variety of local pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, and hot and cold beverages.

Finding the property can be a bit difficult and parking can be a challenge.

I had an exceptional stay at Monumentais B&B in Coimbra. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Coimbra University and surrounded by a charming and picturesque city. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I also appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Despite some minor hiccups with check-in and parking, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable and enjoyable visit to Coimbra.

This hotel offers clean rooms with a little kitchen inside, which is useful to keep snacks and drinks cool. The breakfast is fresh with warm bread. The location is great, only a short walk right next to the University and also very near the city centre. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Selected detail: The breakfast is served on the back terrace, which is a lovely way to start the day.
